Student Insurance
South Texas College has made arrangements with Student Assurance Services, Inc., underwritten by Columbian Life Insurance Company, for those students who wish to purchase student accident insurance. The policy includes coverage while participating in school sponsored activities, including intramural and recreational sports. See enrollment form for more details on coverage and limitations.
To Enroll
- Open the Insurance Enrollment Form below.
- Determine the insurance coverage you want.
- Complete the Enrollment Form and enclose your check made payable to Student Assurance Services, Inc.
- Mail to: Student Assurance Services, Inc., P.O. Box 196, Stillwater, MN 55082
- Retain a copy of the enrollment form and a copy of the premium payment as proof of insurance.
- You will not receive a policy or an ID card, the Master Policy is issued to the College.
