Ready to start?

Signing up for dual credit courses is simple.


Make a decision on what your major will be. You may also seek advice from your parents and High School Counselor before declaring your major.

Application & Transcripts

  1. Complete an Application for Admission. Apply online at or in person at a campus near you.
  2. Provide an official high school transcript to South Texas College.


It is the responsibility of each student to provide his or her counselor with the test scores which may be used to determine eligibility for enrollment in dual credit courses.


All prospective Dual Credit students must attend a mandatory new student orientation at their high school prior to enrolling in courses.


Please visit your high school counselor and inform them of your interest in the Dual Credit Program. Your counselor can provide information on what courses are available at your high school campus.
