Thank you for contacting Student Rights and Responsibilities – Office of the Ombuds. Please note that the Ombuds are confidential, informal, impartial and independent. The use of the Ombuds office is completely voluntary.

Please note that by submitting this referral, at least 3 attempts will be made to contact the student and that the Ombuds are not able to provide updates or additional information regarding the student.
